Job Summary:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process, from lead generation to post-sales coordination. You will act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication and seamless execution of deals. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about educational technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations or proposals.
- Coordinate communication between prospective clients, sales representatives, and other internal teams (marketing, product, customer success).
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads as needed.
- Track and follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely progression through the sales funnel.
- Help organize and execute sales campaigns, webinars, and demos.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and documentation requirements.
Qualification :
- Any Degree with any Discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a related administrative role (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or education).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for education and technology is a plus.
