Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech software company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our educational technology products and solutions to schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Potential Schools for Education Business development.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential in school.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable EdTech solutions from our product portfolio.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Daily /Weekly/ Monthly feed back to the head, sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s of degree and MBA Preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B software sales Experience in ED Tech industry is an added Advantages.
- Strong communication in English, Tamil & local language based on the state.
- Good presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Opening exists in Pan India.
Educational Qualification :
- Any Degree with First class and two years of experience in ed tech product /sales.
- Masters degree in MBA (Sales – Specialisation) with 60% and above month.
- Language: should be familiar with local state language and English.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Preferred in Experience selling to educational institutions or training organizations. Any other educational domain.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and subscription sales.
Salary: As Per Industry Standard.
Compensation:
- Performance Salary + Approximant 2.5L Per annum + Performance incentives +TADA.
